thanks, this is great! I made a few changes in a new commit (using a hashmap for the config for perf, moved some utilities functions below the main rule impl, and added a check for the size of the forbidden elements before running the rule (more perf))
I think that one is ok to just be ignore - i think i removed it in my commit |

I've re-watched the output of the JS rule tests and your HashMap implementation has fixed the double reporting problem with config like Thanks you @camc314 ! |
