FACT: An impaired person can be arrested for sitting in the driver’s seat while in possession of the ignition keys, even if the car isn’t on.

Here’s another FACT: You don’t have to worry about being in the driver’s seat if you make a plan to use a rideshare, public transit, or DD to get there and back.
