• input fields allow entering simple formulas using arithmetical espressions
• example of a valid input: (1+2*2)/3
• most of the input values can be "tuned": hover mouse over and scroll up/down with Shift pressed


output values

• output values - calculatable automatically based on input values
• fields with output values are disabled for manual input
• when pointed with a mouse - tooltip shown for the field will display the field's calculation formula
• - tooltip for input values will display the field's variable name (used in formulas)


house price
---
• buying house price
• the same price is being used for "home ownership tax" (eigenwoningforfait)
• i.e. it is treated also as a WOZ houes value


"net" amounts
---
• these calculated by substracting tax benefits (hypotheekrenteaftrek) from "gross" amounts
• in case tax reimbursement goes into principal debt repayment (tax refund target = 2) - benefits assumed to be 0
