One of the core missions of OCCPR is to share and re-use proteogenomic data and image data with biomedical research community, as this is vital to accelerating scientific discovery and its clinical translation to patient care.

Proteomic Data Commons (PDC) represents the NCI's largest public repository of proteogenomic comprehensive tumor datasets, essentially a Proteogenomic Cancer Atlas.  Proteomic data and related data files are organized into datasets by tumor type, study and sub-proteome. In addition to the raw mass spectrometry-based data files, computational processing is performed to map spectra to peptide sequences and identify proteins. All spectra collected in CPTAC studies are analyzed for consistency and reproducibility as part of the CPTAC Common Data Analysis pipeline and an interactive QC report for each study is generated. All data is freely available to the public. The CPTAC and ICPC proteomic data can be found on the PDC.

Genomic Data Commons (GDC) provides the cancer research community with a unified repository and cancer knowledge base that enables data sharing across cancer genomic studies in support of precision medicine. The CPTAC genomic data can be found on the GDC. Please apply to dbGaP to request access to protected CPTAC genomics data.

The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA) is a service which deidentifies and hosts a large archive of medical images of cancer accessible for public download. TCIA data are organized as “collections”. Try using the filter box above the table to quickly find CPTAC collections using keyword "CPTAC".

When using proteomic, genomic or imaging data generated by CPTAC in publications, please use the following acknowledgement. "Data used in this publication were generated by the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC)." When using data generated by Institutions that are part of ICPC please acknowledge the respective institutions.
