App performance seems a bit buggy. Features are inconsistent. I wish the political articles weren't the first thing I saw every time I open the app. It's really toxic. But the rest of the news is easily customizable, moreso than any other news app I've tried. Fix the bugs and I'll bump up my rating.

I like the ability to scroll the widget for the latest world, national, and local news. I like the ability to access one news item from multiple sources within the application. SUGGESTION: The ability to remove pictures on widgets would allow for more of the headlines to be visible on the widget. Therefore, those with poor vision can view more of the headline with font size and zoom features maximized.

Why do ad's that say "scroll to continue" appear that will NOT scroll past the add back to the article. The app is also littered with ad's that don't go a away when you try and "X" out of them. Google should be held accountable for all the extra revenue they get from misclicked ad's that people don't click. All ad's should have an additional button within the ad's asking if you intended to click on the ad. Only then should Google get that ad revenue.
