I bought this yesterday and I wish I had read the reviews 1st. I can't even sign up. It doesn't matter where I'm at, it says to check my internet connection. My other apps don't have a problem with connectivity *edit After I called the number I was told that the app was changed to "Glooko" after I installed it I had no more problems. I hope this helps.

Like everyone says, the app is broken and won't let you log in, create an account, or even recover your password if you used it before. Wireless app synching is the only reason to get the Relion Blu bgm and that doesn't work. Don't buy the meter! The Blu meter is also inaccurate, but that's another story...

I am very frustrated and would like nothing more than to use negative language to express my frustration. I am unable to even sign up for this app. It is not a fit, user friendly, or working app. You should probably take it down or make more recent fixes to it. It does not work. In the world of technology we are in, it is sad that an app that could be so helpful to diabetes is not a working app.
