would be five stars but app can be glitchy at times and has subpar interface. also has notorious habit of making clones of devices on my network. I regularly have to delete 30 copies of my son's computer off of the device list. The app can also be slow and glitchy. It also doesn't have a lot of user functions. I would like to have the ability to prioritize what devices should get the internet over other devices. for as expensive as the orbi router is I've had much cheaper routers have better aps

No trouble shooting support at all. Gives a bit, "my router light is solid white" No other options. If you look closely there is a circle ?. Click that, no troubleshooting, just reboot it. If that doesn't work reset it. Maybe it should ask me what might light is doing, slow pusling white and then eventually off. They should be able to tell me what that means. Instead they just say "reboot it, then reset it"

The app needs a couple of improvements. First, the device list connection time update needs to work faster and get precise information about which satellite is connected. Second, the feature to control de transmit power individually. Third, the app can copy features from ubiquity such as wifiman app that states the signal connection. Edit: the update was only for the logo, poor update of the devices connection to satellite.
