Description

Hello everyone,

Our community has decided to change the current date format ("11-Iyul 2024") to the new format ("2024-yil 11-iyul"). Please set up the new date format for uzwiki. I have already updated the corresponding translations in translatewiki ("Iyul" => "iyul", "May" => "may", etc.), so now month names are in lowercase as required.
