Description

It looks like this bot hasn't edited since April 2019. Is it still needed?

It's the only member of a special global user group: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:GlobalGroupPermissions/wmf-ops-monitoring. Maybe this global group can be zapped as well.

AFAIK at least on the SRE side the user isn't in active use
