This year we rebranded our Sprinter of the year categories a bit, to better fit our values: Professional, Team and Care.
Sprinters took some time to vote and sharing their thoughts about their colleagues.
Categories:
1. Sprinter of the year. An exceptional professional who has created great value in customer projects / internal development / team spirit / culture or otherwise in the company. Represents all the values.
2. Team Player. A person who stands out especially for sharing their wisdom, the mistakes, the things that make the team perform better, is approachable when help is needed or replies to calls for help.
3. Caring Champion. A person who stands out for being there for their colleagues, being interested in people and/or their wellbeing, caring for the atmosphere and team-building, having a positive attitude.
The winners are Solutions Architects Tatiana Deribina and Miika Rouvinen, and Marketing Specialist Henna Myllymäki. See some of the praise they received from their peers below!
Sprinter of the year: Tatiana

History of the main prize
Sprinter of the year always gets the most legendary prize: their name on a silver plate to a birdbox! This particular birdbox was made by Sprinters when the company was still a smaller start-up, so it definitely reminds us of how far we have come and how much we have grown. And we do love the bird box as it is - it's not the looks, it's the sentiment!
