Important registration deadlines
- Early bird registration ends on 31 August 2024 (23:59 Finnish time)
- Registration closes on 13 October 2024 (23:59 Finnish time)
Registrations after the 13 October 2024 deadline will not be accepted.
Conference fees
*To be eligible for the IAEVG member fee, your membership must be valid at the time of registration. Become a member here.
Please note that...
- Each conference participant must complete the registration form; group registration is not possible.
- Registration and payment must be completed in one session. Therefore, please ensure that you have your payment details at hand before you begin completing the registration form. Registration fee cannot be paid by invoice.
- Following a successful registration, a confirmation email together with the payment receipt will be automatically emailed to you.
- Contributors to the conference programme may consider their proposal accepted for the conference once they have received
- 1) a notice of approval from the Scientific Committee and
- 2) a confirmation of receipt of the conference registration fee payment from the conference secretariat.
- Contributors (paper or poster presenters and workshop or symposia organisers) who have not registered and paid the conference fee by the registration deadline (13 October 2024) will be withdrawn from the conference programme.
Terms of cancellation
The registration is binding. Cancellations with requests for refunds must be received in writing by 13 October 2024 at the latest. A EUR 50 processing fee will be applied to the refund requests received by the deadline. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after 13 October 2024 nor will they be given for failure to attend any part of the registration package. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used and will be processed after the event. Please contact the secretariat by email [email protected] regarding all cancellations or changes in participation.
Privacy Policy
The conference is organised by the Finnish Institute for Educational Research at the University of Jyväskylä (JYU) in collaboration with the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland. The organisers will handle the participants' registration data in the event organising process. Participants' data may only be disclosed to specified third parties if this is required to ensure proper organisation of the event.
