Procedures「手続き, Tetsudzuki?」 is the thirteenth chapter of the Oshi no Ko manga series. It is written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari. It was released in Weekly Young Jump on August 6, 2020[1], and in Mangaplus on May 12, 2022.[2]

Miyako officially signs Ruby to Ichigo Production, Inc, and with the official affiliation, she now meets the requirement to apply for the school's entertainment department.
Later, Aqua visits Gotanda's studio. He has been assisting the director with his editing duties as a method to gain industry experience, given he is not yet old enough for formal part-time jobs. While Aqua works, Taishi talks to him about Ruby's first steps as an idol and asks if Aqua will be joining her in the entertainment world . Aqua states Ruby is the only one joining as he will be applying for the general education department. While it is true that Aqua came to Gotanda to become an actor when he was still a child, his aim is to find his father. He can do that by collecting the DNA sample from people in the industry, while acting would be the fastest route, it is equally possible to do so by working behind the scenes.
Gotanda advises him to not give up on such a dream so soon but is interrupted by his mother offering dinner to the both of them. Gotanda hurries her out of the room and he tells Aqua to have more faith in his own talents. In the past, Aqua believed he has the same talent like Ai but he no longer believes so. Gotanda then states Ai was special and Aqua should not compare himself with her and he should not give up after just a couple of failures, besides it is clear that Aqua has the desire to act.
Ruby and Aqua start the interview process for Youtou High School, with Ruby applying for the performing arts program and Aqua applying for the general education program. The staff are surprised that Aqua is applying there as his test score easily surpass the minimum requirments. After their interviews, Ruby jokes that if Aqua gets rejected, it will be down to his weird name. Their conversation is overheard by a passerby, Kana Arima, who is currently a student at the school. Kana is surprised to run into Aqua again but Aqua has no recollection of her. Ruby then remembers her by the incorrect nickname and Kana quickly corrects her as "the genius child actor who can cry in ten seconds". Kana is glad to have found him and excited asks if he will be joining the entertainment department but to her surprise, Aqua has decided to apply for general education.
