Harvey Weinstein’s ‘deformed’ genitals could be a deciding factor in his LA rape trial

It’s been the trial of the testicles.

Harvey Weinstein and his “deformed” genitals have been scrutinized for weeks during his rape trial in Los Angeles — and a jury is deciding whether bombshell testimonies about the pervert’s private parts are enough to convict the fallen Hollywood titan for a second time.

In his opening statement, Deputy District Attorney Paul Thompson said each of the victims — four Jane Does linked to the felony charges and four “prior bad acts” witnesses — would not be able to describe Weinstein’s anatomy “perfectly,” but they would all note “unique things” about Weinstein’s genitalia.

“What I’m referring to is the result of a surgery that the defendant had in 1999,” Thompson told the jury as 70-year-old Weinstein shook his head. “Because of an infection, his testicles were actually taken from his scrotum and put into his inner thighs.”

In one of the more shocking testimonies during the five-week trial, Jennifer Siebel Newsom — the wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom — testified that Weinstein used his “fish-like” penis to rape her in 2005 at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.

When asked by Deputy District Attorney Marlene Martinez to describe Weinstein’s physique, Siebel Newsom said: “Lots of bruises, markings, yellow and green, lots of stretch marks on his belly, very not physically fit at all. Looked uncircumcised and strange though, kind of fish-like, the penis, something was distorted in the testicles … Lots of skin, lots of skin down there.”

Jurors were presented photos of Weinstein’s deformed genitalia, which they viewed in a private room at Los Angeles Superior Court. During his 2020 New York trial, it was explained that Weinstein sustained scarring and alterations in his genitalia because of surgery to remedy Fournier’s gangrene.

One of the other victims testified she was assaulted in 2013 and that Weinstein — who is already serving a 23-year sentence for rape and sexual assault in New York — had “problems with testicles.” She said his scrotum was “part of him.”

Several of the women said that once Weinstein had them alone in a hotel room, he would undress or get in the shower, later appearing naked and masturbating.

One witness, actress Natassia Malthe, said Weinstein raped her in a hotel room around the time of the 2008 British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards.

Malthe said that when Weinstein penetrated her vagina with his penis, she saw a big hole in his stomach.

“It didn’t last long because I had zero response because I just played dead,” Malthe testified. “He got off me and finished off himself. He ejaculated into his hand.”

Jane Doe 2 testified she was sexually assaulted in February 2013 at the Montage hotel in Beverly Hills. She said Weinstein’s privates looked like “it had been chopped off and sewn back on.”

“I didn’t really see a full sack, I literally just saw a penis,” she testified. “I was disgusted. I had never seen a big guy like that naked.”

Defense attorney Alan Jackson urged jurors not to be swayed by the alleged “lies,” and insisted two of the accusers — Jane Does 1 and 2 — completely fabricated their alleged sexual encounters.

He said Jane Doe 3, a masseuse, and Jane Doe 4, Siebel Newsom, had “transactional sex” with Weinstein and maintained relationships with the former producer for years.

He said Jane Doe 1, who claimed Weinstein forced her to give him oral sex, flip-flopped multiple times on her testimony. He pointed out that Jane Doe 1 initially told investigators and prosecutors in a 2017 interview: “He put my face into his testicles.”

About a year later during her testimony to the grand jury, Jackson said, the same accuser had suddenly omitted Weinstein’s testicles from her account.

“She figured out something was wrong in that testimony,” Jackson said to jurors during his closing argument on Thursday. “He never had testicles.”

Weinstein faces two counts of forcible rape and five counts of sexual assault and could be sentenced to over 100 years in prison if convicted on all charges. Jurors started their deliberations Friday afternoon.
