High Performance Inclusion for Leading a Modern Force (HPI) - Center for Executive Education
High Performance Inclusion for Leading a Modern Force (HPI)
The Course
This intensive three-day workshop is tailored for managers who want to successfully navigate culture and bias, to make diversity a force multiplier. The HPI course is designed to help managers know themselves better and give them skills to better understand and navigate their teams, as well as to better understand the often unspoken challenges facing managers of diverse teams. By the end of the course, participants will have a deep understanding of communicative and social challenges facing leaders of diverse teams, as well as a robust toolkit for effectively defusing diversity challenges and supercharging cohesion, performance, and mission readiness. We will focus on unspoken cultural assumptions and communication styles, implicit cognitive processes, and the drivers of conflict, as well as how to use data-driven analytics to pinpoint and defuse latent conflict drivers before workplace conflict occurs.
