Palmer is a Frontier Brain in the Generation IV Pokémon games, as well as Barry's father. He heads the Battle Tower.
Biography[]
Palmer is Barry's father and very similar to his son in look and character, as he is always in a rush. In the Sinnoh games, he's first encountered when the player first arrives at the Fight Area. He's a childhood friend of the Sinnoh player character's father, with whom he experienced a similar start to his Trainer career as the player character does in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
