Man shows up to hospital after Grand Rapids shooting
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A man was hospitalized after a shooting on Grand Rapids’ northwest side early Sunday morning, police said.
Around 2 a.m., the Grand Rapids Police Department was called to McReynolds Avenue NW near 5th Street in Grand Rapids for reports of gunshots.
When officers arrived, there were no victims at the scene but they saw evidence of a shooting. Later, a man arrived at a local hospital with gunshot wounds. He was in critical condition as of Sunday morning, police said.
A suspect has not been found and GRPD’s Major Case Team is investigating.
