General Hospital Spoilers Preview November 7: the Diamond Exchange Takes a Turn for the Worse

The next General Hospital spoilers video for Thursday, November 7, 2024, shows Holly demanding Jason give her back the diamonds while Sasha holds her own against Sidwell.

Coming up in Port Charles

Portia (Brook Kerr) says to Curtis (Donnell Turner), “I never should have let Lucas (Van Hansis) operate on his sister.” Portia’s been trying to get to the bottom of what exactly caused Sam (Kelly Monaco) to die from a heart attack when she seemed perfectly healthy. She told Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) that she wasn’t looking for a scapegoat. But Lucas just might end up as one anyway.

Meanwhile, a teary-eyed Lucas is beating himself up and says to Brad (Parry Shen), “I might be the reason my sister is dead.” Hopefully, he doesn’t feel guilty and takes the blame without even knowing if he is truly at fault.

Elsewhere, Carly (Laura Wright) says to Brennan (Charles Mesure), “I decided to trust you. Don’t make me regret it.” Meanwhile, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) opens up to Sonny (Maurice Benard), stating, “I don’t want to picture a world without my daughter in it.”

Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), captive of Sidwell (Carlo Rota), looks at him with a malicious grin and says, “I will get you what you want.” She’s probably referring to the diamonds, and her look is irritated that her mother got her kidnapped in the first place. Now that we know her con artist background, she may have an escape plan up her sleeve.

A frantic Holly (Emma Samms) says to Jason (Steve Burton), “I need my diamonds back.” It might be too late. Sonny and Jason previously agreed that expediting the fencing of the diamonds was a priority so Sidwell wouldn’t have them in his crosshairs. Now, if Holly blabs that she gave them to Sonny, it’s really going to hit the fan. And she’ll probably go on the run.
