Defendants plead not guilty in Auglaize County court
Dec. 26—WAPAKONETA — Several persons indicted earlier this month on felony charges by an Auglaize County grand jury entered pleas of not guilty during recent arraignment hearings in Auglaize County Common Pleas court.
Pleas were entered by:
—Scott Daisy, 43, who is being held in the Auglaize County Jail, charged with aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and four counts of aggravated menacing, which are first-degree misdemeanors. Bond was set at $200,000;
—Alex Miner, 38, of Wapakoneta, charged with six counts of drug trafficking, which are second, third, fourth and fifth-degree felonies. He is being held in the Auglaize County Jail without bond;
—Tristen Miller, 25, of Celina, charged with two counts of drug trafficking, which are second and third-degree felonies. He is being held in the Auglaize County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
—Craig Carroll, 38, of Wideman, Arkansas, charged with six counts of gross sexual imposition, which are third and fourth-degree felonies; three counts of importuning, which are third and fifth-degree felonies; and three counts of sexual imposition, which are third-degree misdemeanors. He was released on an own-recognizance bond. Carroll's bond conditions include "The defendant shall have no contact, directly or indirectly with either the victims in this case and is not to be within 500 feet of either victim."
