Major League Soccer season kicked off last month, but games will be going strong through October. And Nashville SC is one to watch. Their sleek $335 million stadium, Geodis Park in Wedgewood Houston, has plenty of good food and drinks to fuel you through the nail-biting matches.
Instead of farming out the culinary options to big box brands and national chains, Geodis Park has embraced local restaurants, trucks, and food businesses. Unsurprisingly, there’s hot chicken from Prince’s, piping hot pies from Rock‘n Dough, empanadas from food truck Chivanada, and drinks from around the state of Tennessee, all rounded out by reliable stadium classics: hot dogs, burgers, and nachos.

Tips and Protocols
- The stadium gates open to ticket holders 90 minutes before kickoff.
- The entire stadium is cashless, so payments take the form of credit and debit cards, or through the use of Apple or Google Pay.
- Alcohol sales stop at the end of the third quarter during matches.
- There’s no vaping or smoking in the stadium.
- Most bags — minus clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12” x 12” x 6” — are banned.
- But if you forget, bag lockers and storage are located on the north side of the stadium on Benton Avenue between Gate B and Gate C.
- Water bottles are allowed in the stadium but must be transparent, plastic, and fit inside a 12”x12”x6” clear bag. They also must be empty before entering the stadium.
- You can fill your water bottle at several fountains and stations located throughout Geodis Park.
- Tailgating on Geodis Park’s paved lots is permitted, but only directly behind your car.
