Saeko accompanies Shinichi, as he failed to do his part of the plan, to ask a favor to the others. She asks them to stop Noa, the others questioning this decision, as she explains that she can not do it anymore. She begs them to stop her, as Shinichi points out that they don't know where she will strike, she reveals them that after school Noa will attack the Supernatural Studies Club. A shocked Shinichi asks her why, she apologizes as this is all she knows.[1]

Saeko is in the halls talking with Noa Takigawa, Ren Asano and Keigo Shibutani as she notice as Urara Shiraishi, Ryu Yamada and Miyabi Ito are running towards the Supernatural Studies Club room, as they look onto them as they continue running. She watches as Ryu stops to look at a poster as Noa jumps on his back. Later she is talking with her friends, until Noa is called by Ryu and Toranosuke Miyamura.[2]

- Saeko's surname Fukazawa means "deep" (深) (fuka) and "marsh" (澤) (sawa/zawa).
