One of the stages of your transformation into a higher level of consciousness is learning to be quiet. You learn to be still and hold yourself steady, so you stop hemorrhaging your grace and begin to recognize that this is sacred and cannot be shared.

We are living in an era of co-creation—an age of energy consciousness and emerging mystical intelligence. Our deep desire for empowerment reflects a growing realization, whether conscious or unconscious, that “power” is fundamentally a function of the human spirit, the Light we cannot see. People everywhere are recognizing that empowerment is essential for personal health, healing, successful relationships, the fulfillment of creative dreams, and honest communication in every area of life.

I believe deeply that your Light is your life force. It fuels every choice you make. It is what we call energy until we become conscious enough to realize that this inner Light, in its more evolved state, is the essence of the Divine.

In this workshop, I present your power as the power of your Light—your greatest resource. I will explore how your Light influences all your choices and flows in harmony with the mystical laws of co-creation. Finally, we will discuss the universal journey we all share: working through the obstacles and illusions between the love of power and the power of love.

You are alive here today because you are needed—you are necessary. You have to get over the mysteries of your physical life that you cannot figure out and get on with the purpose of your soul. Take all those unanswered questions—about relationships, about why things are the way they are—put them in a basket, tie them up, and set them aside for God to deal with. I am not saying they don’t matter, but you cannot let them stop you from your path.

We have shifted to the age of energy, to the age of the psyche and spirit. We have awakened our inner senses and are struggling to integrate intuition, emotional sensing, dream knowledge, and other energetic perceptions with the rational five senses so familiar to our physical body. Our intuition clearly tells us that we follow an inherent whole-system design that continually seeks balance—its center point—not unlike a ship constantly at sea.

In this workshop, I draw from both ancient understanding and current scientific research to explore how our thoughts influence our bodies and our lives. I share what I’ve learned by working with the human energy system—how spiritual power is accessed, how it moves through us, and how we can welcome it into our daily lives for health, guidance, and transformation.

The Madonna has been appearing in Medjugorje, Yugoslavia, with one consistent message: pray the rosary, pray for peace—pray, pray, pray. When I was a kid I couldn’t understand it. If you knew war was coming, why not just show up? I carried that question for years. And then I got it. It’s the law—the balance of grace and psychic free radicals. Energy becomes matter, grace becomes matter. The more you pray, the more you offset the shadow ingredients of what will be created.

Grace rarely announces itself in obvious ways. It does not arrive like a visitor knocking at your door. Most of the angels who have walked beside you have never introduced themselves. Heaven works quietly, through subtle movements and moments that can easily be overlooked. Yet grace is always present, guiding the unfolding of your life. To recognize it, you must refine your perception and learn to see what Teresa of Ávila called “God in the details”—the presence of the divine within the smallest, most ordinary moments of daily life.

We are living in a moment that represents a profound turning point in the history of humanity—an ending of an epoch so vast that no single mind can fully grasp it. The scale of what is unfolding exceeds the reach of thought alone. The only place within you capable of recognizing the magnitude of this moment is your soul. In times like these, we are called to develop a deeper way of seeing—one that allows us to rise beyond ordinary perception and begin to recognize the presence of grace in our lives.

Take your hands off your own steering wheel. Don’t say, ‘How is this going to work? I want it to help this person but not that person.’ Don’t you dare think like that. We are all one—we truly are. Bow your head, take your shoes off on sacred ground, and live humbly. Realize that whatever suffering you see in another can come to you. It is up to us to be agents and angels of change. That is what Mother Teresa did.

I want to welcome you to this recorded workshop from Fatima, Portugal—one of the most sacred sites in the world, and one that has lived in my spiritual imagination since I was a child. From the time I was a baby Catholic, I was completely taken by the story of the three children who saw the Blessed Mother. The idea that heaven not only knew where Fatima was, but chose to appear there and speak—that captured something deep in me, and it never let go.

This workshop is a deeply personal journey into the heart of mystical experience and divine guidance. Fatima is the perfect backdrop for what I wanted to explore with you: how heaven works with us. At a certain point, the call to heal is not up to your ego. You don’t get to choose who you will help; you are drafted. As your soul matures, you may be asked to carry pain that is not your own, and the work is to know yourself well enough to recognize: this isn’t mine. In that knowing, you stop reacting, stop numbing, and begin to understand that some pain is necessary—and you no longer live inside the polarity of it.

Prayer is far more than a seed. If you decide to call upon grace, that is a major force, because what you are actually asking is for the whole universe to come in and shine a light upon this human being. That’s not small time. You are asking grace to rebuild cell tissue. You are asking grace—and the God in heaven—to come in and do what we cannot do. This is what prayer and healing are about. You are saying, ‘I have done everything I can do. I’m asking you to take over.

We still prefer our men to be tough protectors—knights, heroes, and warriors—which is why we will always have war. We will always have war because we will always have women that want to send the warrior off. We will always have women who love the warrior. And we will always have men who want to feel brotherly love toward other men. And the only place they feel safe doing it is in the military. That dynamic goes all the way back to ancient Greece and Rome. Therefore, we will always have war. That is archetypal: never leave your brother behind.

We are in the midst of profound change, and during times like these, the capacity to see symbolically becomes essential. Archetypal awareness isn’t just an interesting framework—it’s an inner tool. Some tools are external; this one is cultivated within. Developing the ability to perceive clearly, symbolically, and intuitively strengthens your vision and steadies you in uncertain times.

Your life force is the only valuable thing you have on Earth. You are not held accountable for how much you buy, but why you bought it. You are not held accountable for what you did, but why you did it. There are no secrets in the universe – in the energetic world. All is transparent. Everything is known. Every single choice you make and why you’re doing it. So you can deny your motives, for example, even to yourselves. But it’s a laugh because the truth is always known, which is why all the great teachers have always said the truth will set you free.

I deeply believe that your Light is your life force. It is the fuel that we direct into every choice we make. It is what we call energy until we are conscious enough of its power to realize that this Light within is, at its more evolved state, the essence of the Divine.
