Overview

The Google Classroom™ integration with Realize is designed to create flexibility for teachers and students. Teachers can work in Savvas Realize while students can remain in Google Classroom. Whether your district manually rosters or auto-rosters, there are integration options for most Savvas platform setups.

Manually Rostered (EasyBridge Basic)

The Google Classroom™ integration with Realize allows teachers in manually rostered schools to easily roster their own classes directly from Google. Teachers create classes in Google Classroom and then import them into Realize. Students login to Google and can easily access their Realize assignments from Google Classroom.

Auto-Rostered (EasyBridge Auto, EasyBridge Plus)

The Google Classroom™ integration with Realize allows teachers in auto-rostered (EasyBridge Plus) schools to either import or link classes from Google.

• Importing a Google class is recommended when a class does not exist in Realize or if a co-teacher needs access to the class but is not rostered through EasyBridge (nightly files that pull rosters from the Student Information System.)
• Linking a Google class is recommended only when your classes are rostered by your Student Information System AND you are using Google Classroom. This prevents duplicate classes AND duplicate student accounts.
