Scott performed the song ahead of its release during the College Football Playoff National Championship, but its official release takes on even greater importance in the wake of the wildfires that have plagued the greater Los Angeles area this past January. Scott has released an accompanying merch collection, the proceeds of which are set to benefit Direct Relief’s California Wildfire Response Fund.
