On November 2 a joint briefing of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Industry and Trade on topic “Russia’s Estimation of the 7th Report (from October 26) of an OPCW-UN Joint Investigative Mechanism, that Placed Responsibility for the Use of Sarin in Syrian Khan Shaykhun on Damascus” took place at the MFA Press Centre.
