"You do not understand war. This is war."
―Titanium Man to Iron Man[src]

Boris Bullski was an operative of A.I.M. who wore a titanium suit that gave off nuclear energy. One day, the Russian Nuclear Facility, which Bullski ran, was attacked by Iron Man. Bullski contacted Iron Man, threatening the use of Tatyana, a weapon. Eventually, Stark destroyed Tatyana and many of the power sectors of the base, forcing Titanium Man to take matters into his own hands.

Bullski flew down to an energy core and charged up his suit before taking on Iron Man. The two fought from long distance using their blasters as Bullski vowed to kill Stark. At one point, Bullski even flew at Iron Man, picked him up and then threw him at the ground. However, Titanium Man soon lost power and fell to the ground. Iron Man flew down and kicked Bullski to see if he was moving. Bullski stayed still, but once Stark left, he regained movement in his hand.[1]
