Myman was assigned to evaluate Benjamin Poindexter after he used lethal force protecting Wilson Fisk from an attack by the Albanian Syndicate. Although Poindexter thought the evaluation was a waste of time, Myman was satisfied when the agent described his relationship with Julie Barnes, completely unaware that it was one-sided from Poindexter's point of view.[1]
