Behind the Scenes[]
Continuity[]
Captain America: Civil War: The Junior Novel is an adaptation of the film that contradicts it in some major ways. An example of this is Tony Stark's B.A.R.F. presentation, which features an exchange Tony Stark, Maria Stark, and Howard Stark that is almost entirely different to the one presented in the film. Another contradiction is that Charlie Spencer is named Damian Sharpe. As the novel contains elements that substantially alter or contradict the canon of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it holds a non-canon status per our canon policy.
