One Clinton

At the intersection of Downtown Brooklyn and the historic Brooklyn Heights brownstones, One Clinton straddles New York City’s different scales and users. A minimalist, gridded facade clad in limestone and bronze gives the building an elegant presence within the varied urban context.

The four-story volume along Clinton Street ties the tall tower to brownstone-based Brooklyn. The ground level is activated by residential lobby, two retail spaces, and an entry to a below-grade community facility. The forty story, 134-unit residential condominium rises above, visible from every corner of the neighborhood, the Brooklyn Bridge, and from Lower Manhattan.
