If you like survival horror, this game is for you.
Before playing, have a conversation with your group about the expectations for the game and which boundaries cannot be crossed. Agree on a safety word that can be used AT ANY TIME if anyone feels uncomfortable, immediately stopping the game and adjusting the scene.

Rotting City definitely gives the chilling feeling of living in a place where evil crawls under your skin, driving the PC mad with the increasing tension created by the game mechanics.
