^Note 1: Olivia arrived after the coupling on Day 1 and was told she would be able to steal a boy for herself on Day 2. She chose Rob, leaving Leah single.
On Day 1, following a challenge where the islanders engaged in intimate icebreakers, the girls were able to choose which boy to couple with. If more than one girl chose the same boy, the final decision was left to the boy. The final couples were: Aaron and Kaylor, Coye and JaNa, Kendall and Hannah, Kordell and Serena, and Rob and Leah.
On Day 2, Liv was given the chance to steal a boy for herself. She chose Rob, thus leaving Leah single.
On Day 4, the islanders re-coupled for the first time with the girls choosing their partner. Aaron and Kaylor, Kendall and Hannah, and Kordell and Serena remained together. Meanwhile, Liv chose Hakeem, Leah re-coupled up with Rob, and JaNa picked Connor. As Coye failed to couple up, he was dumped from the island.
Week 2
On Day 8, Andrea and Nicole were given the chance to steal a boy for themselves. Andrea chose Rob and Nicole chose Kendall, thus leaving Leah and Hannah single.
On Day 10, the islanders re-coupled with the boys choosing their partner. Aaron and Kaylor and Kordell and Serena remained together. Meanwhile, Rob coupled up with Andrea, Connor picked Leah, Hakeem chose JaNa, Kendall coupled up with Nicole, and Miguel chose Liv. As Hannah failed to couple up, she was dumped from the island.
Week 3
On Day 15, the islanders re-coupled with the girls choosing their partner. Aaron and Kaylor, Kendall and Nicole, and Kordell and Serena remained together. Meanwhile, Cassidy chose Rob, Liv re-coupled up with Nigel, JaNa picked Kenny, and Leah picked Miguel. As Connor failed to couple up, he was dumped from the island.
Week 4
On Day 20, the original Islanders were told that they would be re-coupling. They were only given the option to stick with their current partner or to twist with one of the new Islanders. Kendall and Nicole remained together. Meanwhile, Rob chose Daniela, Miguel coupled up with Sierra, Kordell picked Daia, Kenny selected Catherine and Liv went with Caine. As JaNa, Leah and Serena's original partner's failed to recouple with them, they remained single. Kaylor chose to remain single, thus leaving Aaron single as well. The new single islanders were then dumped from the villa.
On Day 24, the islanders re-coupled with the boys choosing their partner. Kendall and Nicole and Rob and Daniela remained together. Aaron and Kaylor, JaNa and Kenny, Leah and Miguel and Serena and Kordell recoupled. Caine decided to couple up with Sierra. As Catherine, Daia and Liv failed to couple up, they were dumped from the island.
On Day 25, new boy Harrison was able to couple up with a girl of his choice. He picked Sierra, which ultimately left Caine single and dumped.
Week 5
On Day 27, new girl Kassy was able to couple up and save either Harrison or Rob from being dumped. She chose Rob.
Week 1
On Day 1, the islanders took part in "Icebreakers" where they kissed each other first to see if they were compatible before the first coupling. Islanders were instructed to break an ice cube in order to retrieve a card containing a question. Their answer depended on who they chose to kiss.
On Day 4, the islanders partook in "Higher or Lower", in which the boys and girls were separated into two teams. The boys went first and began by reading a card that asked for a certain amount regarding a number the girls answered. They then had to guess if the next girl's number was higher or lower than the previous islander. The girls went afterward and followed the same format. As the boys guessed the most correctly, they were declared the winners.
On Day 5, the girls competed in "Vacation Vixens". Dressed as flight attendants, the girls had to exit a fake aircraft and undress before sliding down into a pool, followed by a sandbox. While in the sand, they had to look for a message in a bottle. Inside the bottle was a statement about a fellow islander. They then dumped a bucket of water onto the islander who best fit the description of the message. Afterwards, they had to throw a spear at a wall with the male islanders faces. Depending on whose face the spear landed on, the girls had to kiss the other islander under a waterfall. The boys voted Serena as the best "vacation vixen".
Week 2
On Day 9, the islanders played "Kissing Booth," where the boys were blindfolded while the girls took turns kissing them. The boys then had to rate each kiss out of 10. The roles were then reversed and followed the same format. Kaylor received the highest score from the boys and was declared the "best kisser" whereas Kendall received the highest score from the girls.
On Day 11, the islanders took part in "Burning Love," where each couple had to make their way through a rave-themed festival. After putting on dirty goggles, one had to direct the other to find a cupcake; they then had to feed their partner a mushroom cake. Afterwards, they would make their way to a slushie stand, read a statement from the drink they chose and throw it in the face of the couple that the statement relates to. Next, they would have to search for a phone in a portal potty and charge through slime while attempting to take a selfie. Upon reaching the finish mat, they would kiss.
On Day 13, the islanders partook in a game called "Stick or Twist," where the couples had to decide whether they wanted to remain in their current couples or not. Each couple had to dance on opposite sides of a divider as long as a small traffic light remained green. When it turned yellow, they had to make their decision. If they were content in their current couple, they were instructed to remain dancing, if not, they made their way off the dance floor and behind a podium. When the light turned red, the divider would retract to reveal the decisions. Kaylor and Aaron were the only couple to "stick" together.
Week 3
On Day 15, the boys competed in "Flex Appeal," where they first had to perform an aerobics exercise before sliding down a pole, oil themselves up and pose in front of a mirror. They then had make a protein shake while standing on a wobbly platform. Afterwards, the boys had to drop a dumbbell on the photo of another boy islander who best fit the statement they just read. After getting in an ice bath, they had to choose a girl islander to kiss in a steamy sauna. The girls voted Kordell as having the most "flex appeal."
On Day 17, both the main villa and Casa Amor participated in a game of "spin the bottle."
On Day 18, the Main Villa and Casa Amor competed in "Raunchy Races" where they had to complete a certain task quicker than the other villa. The game was won by Casa Amor, therefore they won a party for that evening.
On Day 19, the couples took part in a Fourth of July challenge, where the main Villa and Casa Amor had to transfer food from their mouths down a line in the quickest amount of time. The main Villa was declared the winner.
Week 1
On Day 7, new islanders Andrea and Nicole each picked two people to take on dates. Andrea chose Rob and Aaron, whilst Nicole picked Kordell and Kendall.
Week 2
On Day 14, new islanders Cassidy, Kenny and Nigel each picked an islander to take on a date. Cassidy chose Miguel, Kenny chose JaNa, whilst Nigel picked Serena.
Week 4
On Day 25, new boy Harrison was able to choose three girls to take on dates. He chose Sierra, Nicole and Daniela.
Week 5
On Day 31, Kendall and Nicole, Leah and Miguel, Kordell and Serena and JaNa and Kenny went on their final dates.
Week 1
On Day 4, Coye was left single and dumped from the island.
Week 2
On Day 10, Hannah was left single and dumped from the island.
On Day 11, after receiving the fewest public votes, Andrea and Rob, JaNa and Hakeem, and Nicole and Kendall were all at risk of being dumped. The remaining islanders had to choose one boy and one girl to dump from the island. The girls chose Andrea, whilst the boys chose Hakeem.
Week 3
On Day 15, Connor was left single and dumped from the island.
On Day 16, it was revealed that the public had been voting for the most compatible couple. The bottom two couples were Cassidy and Rob and Liv and Nigel. It was then up to the islanders to vote for who they wanted to stay. As they had the fewest votes to save, Cassidy and Nigel were dumped from the island.
Week 4
On Day 20, new islanders Destiny, George, Ignacio, Jacobi, Jalen, Josiah and Sydney were dumped from the island after failing to couple up.
On Day 24, Catherine, Daia and Liv were dumped from the island after failing to couple up.
On Day 25, Caine was dumped from the island after new boy Harrison chose to steal his partner.
Week 5
On Day 27, Harrison and Sierra and Daniela and Rob were dumped from the island after receiving the fewest votes for most compatible couple. However, new girl Kassy was able to save a boy of her choice. She picked Rob.
On Day 30, after receiving the fewest votes for favorite couple, Aaron and Kaylor and Kassy and Rob were dumped from the island.
