Leah Kateb was an Islander on Season 6 of Love Island USA. Leah entered the villa on Day 1 and was crowned the runner-up alongside Miguel Harichi on Day 32.
On Day 1, Leah entered the Villa, participated in the "Icebreakers" challenge, and coupled up with Rob.
On Day 2, Liv entered the villa and stole Rob from Leah.
On Day 4, Leah competed in the "Higher or Lower" challenge as a member of the Girls team, and lost. Also on Day 4, Leah re-coupled with Rob.
On Day 5, Leah competed in the "Vacation Vixens" challenge, which she lost to Serena.
Week 2
On Day 8, Rob stood for the opportunity to be stolen by Andrea or Nicole, and was stolen by Andrea, leaving Leah single.
On Day 9, Leah competed in the "Kissing Booth" challenge, which she lost to Kaylor, as the boys voted her the best kisser. The girls voted Kendall the best kisser.
On Day 11, it was revealed Leah and Connor received enough public votes to be safe, automatically continuing their coupling. Leah, alongside the other safe girls, Liv, Serena, and Kaylor, chose Andrea to be the one of the three vulnerable girls eliminated.
On Day 13, during the "Stick or Twist" game, Leah chose to Twist, leaving her couple with Connor.
Week 3
On Day 15, Leah participated in the "Flex Appeal" challenge, where she and the rest of the girls voted Kordell to win. Also on Day 15, Leah chose to re-couple with Miguel.
On Day 16, Leah and Miguel received enough votes from the public to be safe, therefore continuing their coupling. She and the rest of the safe female Islanders chose to keep Liv in the game over Cassidy.
On Day 17, the boys were given the choice to either stay in the Villa, or go to Casa Amor. All the boys chose to go to Casa Amor, leaving everyone single.
On Day 18, Leah competed in "Raunchy Races" as a member of Team Villa, and lost.
On Day 19, Leah competed in the 4th of July challenge as a member of Team Villa, and won.
On Day 20, Leah decided to re-couple with Miguel, but as Miguel re-coupled with Sierra, Leah was left single.
Week 4
On Day 24, Miguel chose not to re-couple with Sierra, and instead coupled up with Leah.
