Korea Authorized translation of WCAG 2.0

Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity & Promotion (KADO) hopes to be Lead Translation Organization (LTO) of WCAG 2.0 in Korea, coordinating the review of the translation with other major and relevant stakeholder organizations.
KADO is a specialized government subsidiary devoted to providing comprehensive support for domestic and international digital divide closure. We provide the disabled, the elderly and farming and fishing villagers with easy and affordable access to information and communication service.
and was a major organization in establishing KWCAG 1.0 (Korea Nationa WCAG) in 2005.

Korea Blind Union (KBU)
The Korea Blind Union was formed in 1957 and has been supporting visually impaired people in Korea ever since.
The objective of the Korea Blind Union is to maximize the potential of a vision impaired person's physical, social and emotional environment so that each person may live comfortably improving their legal position and inculcating them with independence and self-respect within the general community..
The organization will give some advices on the translation from their experience.

3. University (accessibility research organization)
Chungbuk National University
Sukil Kim, professor of Chungbuk National University is now in charge of Chair of Korean WCAG Working Group. He also played a important role in establishing KWCAG version 1.0, was released in November 2003 and continue to make an effort to increase social awareness of web accessibility in Korea.
