Chris Evans is on crack!!! His role consists of repeating other characters lines and saying “WHAT THE HELL” every 10 minutes. They’re called Seven Bucks Productions because that’s the exact amount of the budget that amounted toward screenwriting and direction.
Extra half star for getting to see Dwayne Johnson absolutely get his shit rocked.
