As a Big fan of the video game series, I don't have much to gain from this movie, but this movie is still worth watching because of the dark atmosphere. 🌫️💀👍

Dirty midnight flick that is intended for a very specific audience, a reprehensible guy (Anthony Wong) who infects people with Ebola and massacres them. On the whole, this film is so fucked up and provocative that it's cool again.

Ich habe eben gerade erst diesen Klassiker nachgeholt und Hell Yeah! dieser film ist nah zu perfekt! die Dialoge und Erscheinung beim ersten zusammen treffen mit Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins) haben mich so umgehauen vor allem Hopkins schauspielerische Leistung ist on the Top! dieser film hat wirklich so viel zu bieten was Atmosphäre und Spannung angeht... lange ist es her das mich ein film so fasziniert hat!!! 

kleiner fun fact am Rande: ich habe zufälliger weise am rechten arm ein Totenkopfschwärmer Tattoo, also der film ist quasi wie für mich gemacht haha 😆👍

dicke fette Empfehlung an alle die diesen Film Klassiker noch nicht gesehen haben!!!

I've just caught up on this classic and Hell Yeah! This film is almost perfect! The dialogue and appearance at the first meeting with Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins) blew me away, especially Hopkins' acting is on the top! This film really has so much to offer in terms of atmosphere and suspense... it's been a long time since a film has fascinated me so much!!!

And a little fun fact: I happen to have a death's-head hawkmoth tattoo on my right arm, so the film is practically made for me haha

Big fat recommendation to everyone who hasn't seen this film classic yet!!!

“My mother was a whore! She beat me and made me watch!” 

such dark and gritty vibes, that even the last light in the tunnel is suffocated... this film seems so real and authentic that it doesn't feel like a film, almost like a documentary that accompanies the life of a serial killer and then this dreary emptiness and emotionlessness almost lets you as a viewer fall into a melancholic state.

definitely an unscrupulous classic that every horror fan should have seen!

Cronenberg‘s Body-Horror Meisterwerk, meiner Meinung nach einer der besten Horrorfilme aller Zeiten!!!🪰💚
