florence pugh and andrew garfield may very well be the two best actors of their generation. i genuinely do not think anyone could have possibly played these roles like they did. they capture every emotion so perfectly, i felt every single thing they did. i cried so much

this was awesome, i don’t know much about transformers (basically nothing) but my boyfriend and our friend were very excited the whole time so i assume there were a lot of cool references to the other movies. i made a lot of overwatch references though. very fun movie with many laugh out loud moments

i had a few funny one liners prepared but i forgot them all because suddenly the movie got good

okay this is truly a 5 star just because of the emotion i felt. the first little bit of the movie was really slow and not all that great but then it really picked up and got very emotional and funny and nostalgic and shit and i need to go smoke. i want to rewatch this soon and put this all into better words but i really loved it and i really felt it

i had no idea rackaracka made this movie until now and i was sooooo confused when the sidemen came on screen but that makes more sense now lmao

this was way way way scarier than i was anticipating honestly. i may or may not have some trouble sleeping tonight

i had an anxiety attack like right before i went to watch this and i think it made my experience better lmao… everything just felt very suspenseful and i was genuinely worried at just about every moment. allison pill was a very pleasant surprise for me, i had no idea she would be in this and she was amazing. 

i’m not a fan of m night shyamalan typically but this was an enjoyable watch, though i am almost certain that at least one of the stars on this review is 100% just because i love josh hartnett and because he was phenomenal in this role.

obligatory hot man of the movie is, of course, josh hartnett. believe it or not.

i saw this early because thats the perks of working at a movie theater, and holy bingle dude

cameo after cameo after cameo and every single one of them hit perfectly. honestly, i went into this movie excited but nervous, and i was very, very pleasantly surprised. it was genuinely hilarious. its like 2:45am while i write this (i’m posting the review late so i don’t get fired lolz) so i’m having trouble with getting my thoughts together but i honestly just really enjoyed it. the opening fight alone was amazingly done, just genuinely great to watch. i would say this is probably my favorite of the series (though to be fair i’ve never been the biggest fan of deadpool, i do like him he’s just not my favorite by any measure)

this is my favorite movie, ever. i love literally every single thing about it. josh hartnett, lucy liu, stanley tucci, bruce willis, morgan freeman, etc, this is maybe just about the best cast of all time idk. my dad showed me this movie for the first time when i was a teenager and i remember experiencing that plot twist for the first time, and ohhhh my god was it good. it honestly still feels that satisfying every time. 

i just really love this movie. i have so much fun watching it and thats way more important than anything technical, imo. its my favorite movie, easily. 

lucy liu is maybe the most beautiful woman i have ever seen in my life, and i would do literally anything for josh hartnett.

this movie was AMAZING. the cinematography was really great and i just loved looking at it. i’m really glad they had all these guys come back to play themselves. i think it really added a lot for me and made their performances a lot more emotional to watch. i don’t have a whole lot of words about this one, i just really, really enjoyed it.

i haven’t stopped looking behind myself since i watched this. i am a little confused but i’m not the sharpest and i think i got most of it. scary shit man

i really really liked a large majority of this movie, i truly did, but the last 20ish minutes were just not it for me personally. i love maxine as a character and i loved seeing more of her, i loved most of the new characters, and i was really interested in the story until the Big Reveal(tm). it just kind of fell apart there for me. but i did still really like most of it :3

i don’t really have a whole lot to say, the movie was enjoyable, it’s nothing special for me personally which is a little disappointing considering i love lupita nyong’o, joseph quinn, and alex wolff all very much, but none of them are at fault. their performances were great, and i did really like the story, i just thought i would like it more than i did. but i still liked it nonetheless :)

hot “man” of the movie is lupita nyong’o because she is far more beautiful than any man could ever even dream of being (also alex wolff i love you alex wolff)

AAAAAAAHHHH dude okay this was really really good. at first i was feeling really unsure, i’m very 50/50 on channing tatum, but he’s at his best when he’s at his silliest like he was here. scarlett johannson is probably one of the most talented actresses, her range is insane, i felt like my eyes were just glued to the screen every time she did a new accent. and woody! woody harrelson! i knew about scarjo and mr. tatum going into the theater but woody harrelson was a very welcome surprise, i love that man, and i LOVED seeing him in an antagonist role. he’s amazing. 

i also happen to really love space, and i LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the moon landing conspiracy. obviously i do not believe it but i’ve always found it very interesting since i was a kid, i used to watch all kinds of documentaries and videos about it. so about halfway through when i realized thats what this movie was about (i’m slow), i quite literally almost jumped out of my seat from excitement. i already love space and the moon especially but that was just a whole extra thing i wasn’t expecting. i just liked it a lot. it was really good. 

besides being really funny it was also very sweet and i got very emotional at some points. i just think it was a great movie.

edit: i forgot i usually point out hot men in a movie. not as a rule or anything, i just love men, so uhh, colin jost 🤤

at the end an 11 year old boy yelled “i hated that movie!”, meanwhile i was 2 rows behind him crying my eyes out
