Oppenheimer was a fascinating investigation of many political and historical themes, impressing me visually, and perhaps more so aurally. But as much as I appreciated the grandiosity of it all, especially having watched this at the cinema, a few things didn’t quite click for me which is a shame for a film with so much potential.
