First off, let’s just officially establish that Cailee Spaeny is not only fucking great in this movie, but is in all likelihood a near future superstar.
Fede Alvarez really nails this one, and should most definitely return to the Alien universe for at least one more entry.

I don’t mind this movie, but I didn't really enjoy this watch. I’ve always had some issues with this one, but overall it’s an acceptable entry in the series.
It wasn’t necessarily its fault though. At this point I’m so itching for Romulus that my series binge has simply become a completion trip

I’ve always viewed Halloween 1 & 2 as one movie, and prefer to watch them together. A lot of people say this one is not as good, but I disagree. I think it’s every bit as good, and when watched back to back it seamlessly blends together into a masterwork of horror.
What a perfect way to end Falloween 2023!
