Going into this film, I had high expectations based on the reviews I have seen and its high ranking among Marvel films. The film certainly lives up to the hype. The introduction of Steve Rogers and Sam Wilson at the beginning is perfect, with Steve playfully messing with Sam by calling him slow with the iconic "On your left". Christopher Nolan is an astonishing director. He created something special for this movie, he creates a magnifically dark atmospheric world for batman. We haven't seen this since Tim Burton directed, but Christopher Nolan makes it more intriguing. Nolan puts your patience to the test with this film, you need to be patient until you get to the action. It's great that Nolan does that for audiences, he understands batman isn't just butt kicking, he understands Batmans more than that.
