Michelle Williams absolutely deserves the Best Actress Oscar for her performance in this, she's outstanding, believable and a pleasure to watch in every scene she's in.
Spielberg does not disappoint here in his film about his own life, it never descends into self pity or self agrandissement, it just entertains.
My only bugbear, and it's a tiny one, is that Paul Dano could never pull Ms Williams, they really don't look like they should ever have been a couple.
