so yes, it was a pretty average hallmark movie with the expected christmas lover + grinch pairing. yes, every line was predictable. and yet,, i loved it. the accent, the knives out cable knit sweater, james & christopher’s banter, christopher & sara being cute, and my favouritest trope, the falling in love while dancing scene,,, what can i say, i’m a sucker for trash !!
the decorating the tree part really got to me bc as much as i love christmas, i can’t remember ever decorating one either. maybe the reason i love these stupid holiday movies so much is so i can live vicariously through them all the things i’ve missed out on
and so begins the yearly descent into terrible hallmark movie madness
