perkins obviously wants to be taken seriously as an auteur so i'm gonna say it: this was the weakest of the three movies i've seen of his. it just felt like a pseudo-sequel to the blackcoat's daughter. i just left this wanting to watch blackcoat's daughter
the cinematography was pretty good. and also i saw a lot of people say the first half was slow but the entire movie felt equally paced and that the first half was way more interesting than when they just started explaining everything?????
there should've been more psychic stuff and more doll shit. ugh. bad movie
