He’s trapped. How will he get out? Who’s after him? You’ll have to see for yourself at your local theatre. Meanwhile at my local theatre I was entrapped in how good this was. Silence of the Lambs, but at a Taylor Swift concert. Josh Hartnett completely carries the film with a comical, psychopathic performance that honestly blew me away. Honestly one of the best performances of the year. Oscar love incoming.
Enthralling stuff. So nerve-racking with almost every moment having me on edge. So much heart and clearly a passion project for M. Night. A lot of care was placed in this and it delivered. Some of the most fun I’ve had watching an M. Night film, and I enjoyed pretty much all of his other works that I’ve seen. Objectively, one of his best for sure. M. Night does it again along with Kid Cudi and Saleka Shyamalan, the real star of the show ;)
At times a little silly, but like 95% of the time otherwise, it rocked. Surprisingly funny as well. I’m definitely going to see this again.
It’s trapped in my top 5 of the year so far.
