Ana has recently started her Ph.D. in the Economics of Education program at Stanford GSE. She holds an MSc in Economics from Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and a BA in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). On her Master's thesis, she evaluated the post-college outcomes from one of the first higher education affirmative action policies in Brazil. She focuses on the use of quantitative methods and economic incentives rationale to evaluate education policies, mostly related to higher education.
