Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operational management of the firm's Personal Injury Practice area.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in all practice areas.
Manage and mentor a team of legal professionals, paralegals, and administrative staff.
Collaborate with stakeholders to set performance goals and metrics for each practice area.
Optimize workflow processes and implement best practices across all practice areas.
Oversee case management systems and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and operational reports.
Lead due diligence and negotiations for mergers and acquisitions.
Develop strategies to enhance revenue generation and control costs.
Conduct regular financial analysis and report to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; a Master\u2019s degree or JD is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in law firm operations or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of Personal Injury.
Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies and improvements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in case management software and other legal technology tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
