Insurance defense firm located downtown Manhattan seeks an attorney with 3+ years experience to join our firm.\u00a0 We are a medium size insurance defense firm that does work for many large and medium sized insurance companies involving a wide variety of claims.\u00a0 The attorney should have experience with motor vehicle, Labor Law, premises liability and construction liability matters, as well as, having strong writing skills.\u00a0 The attorney should have experience with reporting to various insurance companies pursuant to their respective guidelines.\u00a0 The applicant should have experience conducting depositions, writing motions, arguing motions, drafting pleadings, and general familiarity with insurance defense litigation.\u00a0 Trial or appellate experience is not required.\u00a0\u00a0
