The latest addition to Burbank’s dining options is Palma Ristorante, an upscale Italian restaurant by Roman chef Emidio Tidu. The restaurant serves a menu hailing from Italy and the Mediterranean coast with dishes like squid-ink tagliolini, truffle-topped pizzas, and pappardelle con coda alla vaccinara with tender oxtail. A full raw bar is also on deck with oysters and fresh crudos. Larger dishes include aged and wood-fired steaks.

For weekend lunch and brunch, Palma offers pastries, coffee, Italian gelato, and a bloody mary cart with pickles, bacon, shrimp, and more. A full bar is also available with wine, cocktails, beer, and spirits. The 7,000 square-foot restaurant features an open kitchen so guests can watch all the action, plus velvet upholstered booths, a separate oyster bar, and an outdoor patio.
