The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America
The Declaration of Independence was a statement adopted by the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776, which announced that the thirteen American colonies, then at war with Great Britain, regarded themselves as independent states, and no longer a part of the British Empire. John Adams put forth a resolution earlier in the year which made a formal declaration inevitable. George Washington Reads The Declaration of Independence
Hi Friends:
I have written much about the question of, if it weren't for sporting events, or if we weren't in a school ... how often would we hear the National Anthem, how often would we see, read, or hear those founding documents of our country ... such as "The Declaration of Independence?" About, not long ago, we had to memorize-and say aloud-such things as the "Preamble" or "Gettysburg Address?" Etc.
So ... here is the reading of "The Declaration of Independence," which was the way the History Channel closed out its recent mini-series, "Sons of Liberty."
I was able to find this version ... with sub-titles ... so that we could also read the words, as Jason O'Mara ended his portrayal of George Washington in the series ...

Here is how the History Channel described the series: "A dramatic interpretation of events," and that the goal of the miniseries was "to capture the spirit of the time, convey the personalities of the main characters, and focus on real events that have shaped our past."
Do I wish they didn't include some of the scenes?
Of course ... But, how about this list of characters:
Ben Barnes as Samuel "Sam" Adams
Marton Csokas as General Thomas Gage
Ryan Eggold as Dr. Joseph Warren
Michael Raymond-James as Paul Revere
Rafe Spall as John Hancock
Henry Thomas as John Adams
Jason O'Mara as George Washington
Dean Norris as Benjamin Franklin
Emily Berrington as Margaret Kemble Gage
Sean Gilder as Thomas Hutchinson
Kevin J. Ryan as John Pitcairn
Shane Taylor as Captain Thomas Preston
Jimmy Akingbola as Peter Salem

David Ben-Gurion reads Israeli Declaration of Independence over Hatikvah, the national anthem
This is an excerpt of David Ben-Gurion, Israel's first Prime Minister, reading from the Declaration of Independence on Friday, May 14, 1948 (5th of Iyyar, 5708) in Tel Aviv.
YouTube user gidklio cut the selection and placed it over the rendition of the anthem and also laid the images together (though, with the exception of the flag photograph at the end, did not create the component images). This was originally mixed for a 2009 radio show, available here: https://archive.org/details/AchlaMuzikaII23April29.2009
The anthem is performed by the New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra.
Here is an English translation of the excerpt of the Declaration:

How Israel Was Created
To understand the current war in Gaza, you have learn about the founding of the state of Israel and what that meant for the Palestinians who had been living there. Before Benjamin Netanyahu or Hamas, there was Zionism, the Balfour Declaration and the Nakba. This is how Israel was created.

1948 Israeli War of Independence | History of Israel Explained | Unpacked
Depending on where you stood in 1948, the war that broke out following the declaration of Israeli independence was a war of self-determination and sovereignty; of liberation and even of catastrophe. By the end of the war, Israel had lost 1% of its population, including 2,000 survivors of the Holocaust.
The term Nakba reflects the reality that some 700,000 of the indigenous Arab population were exiled or had fled the country and over 15,000 had been killed. And in response to the Israeli victory, more than 850,000 Jews living in Iran and Arab countries in the Middle East and North Africa were expelled from their homelands.
This was not an easy time - for anyone.

The Israeli Proclamation of Independence - Full Translation
Credit goes to the Knesset's YouTube channel.
One of the most important founding documents of the State of Israel, after the Hebrew Bible.
Some elements of the proclamation have been fulfilled, some not.
Notably no mention is made as to the borders of Israel, beyond that it's in Eretz Yisrael
And no mention of Jerusalem is made, most likely due to the sensitive international status of the declaration.
It is important to note, the declaration seems nearly entirely devoid of religious rhetoric.
The declaration was written jointly by the Socialist Leadership and the religious minority.
And so, it mentions the vision of Israel's prophets of Israel - a democratic state providing equal rights to it's citizens, as well as regards the Book of Books (The Bible) as a universal piece of literatur...

"This right is the natural right of the Jewish people to be masters of their own fate, like all other nations, in their own sovereign state.
"Accordingly we, members of the people's council, representatives of the Jewish community of Eretz-Israel and of the Zionist movement, are here assembled on the day of the termination of the British Mandate over Eretz-Israel and, by virtue of our natural and historic right and on the strength of the resolution of the United Nations General Assembly, hereby declare the establishment of a Jewish state in Eretz-Israel, to be known as the State of Israel."

On May 14, 1948, a new state appeared on the world map - Israel. Finally, after two thousand years of exile, the Jews could reunite in the Promised Land.
The new episode of ‘How It Was’ is dedicated to the dramatic history of the creation of Israel. We will recall when and why the mass migration of Jews to Palestine began and how Theodor Herzl managed to inspire Jews worldwide to create their own country. You will learn how the post-war superpowers decided the fate of Jews and Arabs in Palestine; how it turned out that, despite the irreconcilable hostility, the positions of the USSR and the United States regarding Israel suddenly coincided.
We will discuss why Stalin, being a fierce opponent of Zionism, supported the creation of Israel; and why the very next day after David Ben-Gurion proclaimed the establishment of the Jewish state, five neighbors at once declared war on the newly born country.

And so, it mentions the vision of Israel's prophets of Israel - a democratic state providing equal rights to it's citizens, as well as regards the Book of Books (The Bible) as a universal piece of literature for humanity as a whole.
Ii felt it necessary to provide translation in video format, for Jews and non-Jews across the world to be able to access it.
