A contestant in the Chojin Olympics. He was contacted by Ikemen to savotage Mantaro, and defeat him before he arrive to the finish line in the last trial of the preliminaries.

Rails of Hell
- Used after The Coasterman has his victims in the roller coaster car, he extands the rails so that the form a rise, a dive, a loop, then an end with it pointing up.
Roller Coaster Execution
- After The Coasterman stretches his rails with "Rails Of Hell", he send the car along the track and hurls the victims with the car into the air.
