Summary[]
Mantaro Kinniku meets Rinko Nikaido for the first-time.
History[]
Gazelleman, Seiuchin and Terry the Kid go to karaoke with some girls.[1] Mantaro is not invited, so takes to drinking in the streets. He is convinced to pay a substantial fee to enter a speed-dating event, and there sees Rinko Nikaido, whom he develops an instant attraction. He pays a waiter to deliver a message to her, but she looks at Mantaro and rips the message into pieces.
A fellow customer recommends that Mantaro use a pick-up line to attract a woman, which seemingly works, and so Mantaro leaves with a woman other than Rinko. The woman later demands money, which Mantaro refuses, and calls upon her boyfriend to threaten Mantaro in retaliation. The man and woman attack Mantaro, before knocking him out and stealing his trophy. Rinko sees this from a distance and takes pity on him, which leads her to take Mantaro to her home, in an attempt to patch up his wounds.[1]
