Bug Fix for Crash Between Levels

Hopefully I have fixed the issues for some people experiencing random crash to desktop between level changes that some people have been having.

The .rar file to download is now a little smaller, but will be a little bigger when it is extracted. This is due to no longer using the in-built compression in UE4 for the .pak file, which I believe was causing the crashes.

If you still have issue, please let me know. It may also be worth making sure your drivers are all up to date, the UE4 prerequisites are installed, which can be found at Cardiac\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe and disabling Xbox Game Bar if you are using Windows10.
